To support our team, we are looking for a Head of Residential Area Gerontopsychiatry, 80 - 100% workload, starting 01 January 2027 or by arrangement. Your tasks * Ensuring individual nursing and care for 28 elderly residents with mental and cognitive impairments * Leadership and deployment planning of the residential area with 20 employees * Responsible for the organization and implementation of doctor visits and the execution of prescriptions * Leading reports, team meetings and relatives' conversations * Maintaining seamless nursing and care documentation * Supporting smooth shift operations and interdisciplinary cooperation (other residential areas, medical service, therapies, activation, housekeeping, kitchen etc.) * Readiness for the further development of nursing and care according to modern, interdisciplinary principles * Joint responsibility for the implementation and further development of our quality management system according to ISO 9001, or TQM and RAI. Your profile * Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK * At least 2 years of professional experience in gerontopsychiatry * Leadership experience with a participatory leadership style * Completed leadership training at the level of ward manager * Knowledge of RAI-RUG as well as EasyDok is an advantage * High respect towards elderly, mentally ill and demented people * High quality and cost awareness.
