This is what your everyday life looks like ##

• The core: You independently process complex benefit cases from the areas of our supplementary hospital insurance (VVG) and carry out medical clarifications.
• The guarantees of payment are your responsibility. You clarify, grant or confidently reject.
• You review invoices according to VVG with a sharp eye, always based on medical documents, tariffs, contracts and economic efficiency.
• You are available for written and oral questions for service providers and the insured.
• Thanks to your service standard and your quality claim, we can ensure sustainable customer satisfaction.

This is what you bring with you ##

• Most importantly: You have completed training as a Nurse HF and bring several years of professional experience in an acute care hospital.
• Do you also bring experience in the benefit review of a health insurance company? That would definitely be a plus!
• You express yourself very well in German (orally and in writing) and are proficient in conversation with our customers. Perhaps you even master French, Italian or English?
• You find it easy to work accurately and independently.
• You go the extra mile: Occasionally there is a lot to do and you can handle that.
