Your field of activity at the new employer

• You assess the nursing needs of clients at home and plan and control the nursing process
• You carry out basic care and the medically prescribed treatment care independently
• You advise and accompany clients as well as their relatives in the domestic environment
• You document your assignments carefully and coordinate closely with general practitioners and your team

• You have a degree as a Registered Nurse HF/FH or a corresponding SRK recognition
• You possess a category B driver's license, which you obligatorily need for your tours
• You work independently, proactively, and with a lot of empathy
