This is what you bring with you ##

• You care for patients at the reception and on the phone and assist in the consultation
• You perform blood draws and support wound care, dressing changes, and aesthetic-cosmetic procedures
• You communicate with internal and external partners, ensure practice operations, and are responsible for material management and ordering
• You create medical reports and physician letters, process cost estimates, and take on administrative tasks
• Training as a Medical Practice Assistant or Medical Secretary and ideally experience in a practice or clinic
• You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner and are confident in using IT systems
• Enjoy direct patient contact and working in the consultation
• Team player, resilient, and service-oriented; foreign language skills are a plus
