Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF
• Experience in the psychiatric nursing field
• Empathic, appreciative, and professional personality
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Good communication and social competence
• Driving license category B

Tasks ##

• Professional psychiatric nursing and care in the outpatient environment
• Individual accompaniment as well as support for clients
• Promotion of independence and stabilization in everyday life
• Observation and assessment of the psychological state
• Cooperation with relatives, doctors, and other specialists
• Independent planning and implementation of nursing care
• Professional documentation of the services provided
