For a long-term care institution in Basel-Stadt, we are looking from August 2026 for a person specialized in health EFZ engaged for a temporary mission with an activity rate between 80 and 100%.

The institution offers a valuing home for people with high needs in care, support, and assistance. Individual support, the promotion of self-determination, as well as the social participation of the residents are at the center. Consequently, empathy, patience, and respectful behavior are central conditions for this task.

Your field of action at the new employer

• Comprehensive support and care of residents for daily concerns
• You skillfully implement your professional knowledge and a high quality of care characterizes you
• Close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team (doctors, therapists, etc.)
• You complete the documentation of the care process effortlessly and without error

Your asset for the new employer

• You have a training as a specialist in health EFZ, or a corresponding SRK recognition
• You enjoy working with people having physical and mental disabilities (approx. 6 residents per residential group)
• Your communicative ease and your motivation have often been highlighted as particular strengths
• You are ready to perform missions of a duration of at least one month
