What awaits you ##

• Responsibility and further development of the department on the 3rd and 4th floors in the Wilhelm-Fabry-Haus with a total of 37 beds
• Responsibility and further development of the urological Intermediate Care with a total of 5 beds
• Responsibility and further development of the outpatient clinic
• Ensuring coordinated, patient-centered care
• Personnel leadership of team leaders and nursing experts
• Responsibility for further personnel expansion in the areas within the Wilhelm-Fabry-Haus
• Close interprofessional exchange with various specialties and other stakeholders
• Active participation in decision-making processes within the nursing management team

• Nursing diploma at tertiary level
• Several years of leadership experience including completed leadership training
• Expertise and diversity of perspectives for the further development of nursing
