For our team, we are looking for an experienced Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF / an experienced Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF, who enjoys working independently, takes responsibility, and acts securely even in complex situations.

Your tasks

• Independent and professional nursing and care of our clients in their familiar home
• Independent planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing process as well as ensuring individual and needs-oriented care
• Professionally competent action in complex and demanding situations as well as accompanying people in palliative situations
• Recognizing changes in health status, initiating suitable measures, and implementing medical prescriptions and demanding nursing interventions
• Ensuring complete and professional nursing documentation
• Close and appreciative cooperation with relatives, doctors, therapists, and other specialists
• Support and deputy for the Head of Nursing in operational daily business
• Participation in the leadership and professional accompaniment of employees as well as in deployment and personnel planning
• Support in complex nursing situations, case management, and professional questions
• Participation in ensuring and further developing nursing quality, standards, and processes
• Induction and accompaniment of new employees as well as active participation in shaping high-quality nursing

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF
• Several years of professional experience as a certified nursing professional
• Mandatory: sound professional experience in the Spitex sector
• Experience in the field of Palliative Care is an advantage
• Strong independence and personal responsibility
• The ability to act calmly, deliberately, and independently even in complex and demanding situations
• High sense of responsibility and a reliable, structured way of working
• Enjoyment of diverse work in an outpatient environment
• Appreciative, empathetic, and clear communication
• Enjoyment in contributing professionally and developing further together with the team
• Driver's license Cat. B
