The establishment has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with approximately 1'500 births per year, and nearly 30'000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced within its walls for over 150 years. We are looking for Hôpital de Morges for a:

Medical Nurse (F/M) at 70-100% CDD

In order to reinforce our Medicine department, from 1 January 2027 for a fixed mission until 30 June 2027

YOU POSSESS

• A HES Bachelor in nursing or a nursing diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross.
• Experience acquired in acute care is required.
• Great adaptation to the requirements of the different services in which you are delegated.
• Good organizational skills (anticipating, planning, coordinating) and rigor.
• The ability to take initiatives and responsibilities.
• Good emotional control, proactivity, and flexibility.
• Flexibility and availability to work day and night as well as during the week and 2 weekends per month.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Ensure the care of the patient base entrusted to them in respect of institutional values.
• Develop care objectives with the patient, their relatives, and the multidisciplinary team, based on collected data and taking into account a global therapeutic project.
• Work in interprofessionality with the objective of quality care and in respect of a global approach to the patient.
