Your tasks:

• Professional care and support of our clients in their accustomed home
• Implementation of nursing and medical-technical measures within the scope of your competencies
• Support in basic and treatment care
• Observation and documentation of the state of health
• Maintenance of complete and professional nursing documentation
• Cooperation with qualified nursing professionals, doctors, and other specialist agencies
• Promotion of the independence and quality of life of our clients
• Involvement and support of relatives
• Participation in ensuring a high quality of care and service

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ (FaGe) or an equivalent training recognized in Switzerland
• Enjoyment of outpatient care and independent working
• Responsible, reliable, and empathetic personality
• Appreciative and respectful interaction with clients and relatives
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Good organizational skills and a careful way of working
• Teamwork skills and flexibility
• Driver's license category B
