Your main tasks

• Care of patients of all age groups with acute and chronic illnesses as well as complex addiction issues in an interdisciplinary team
• Ensuring patient-oriented, professional nursing including individually tailored discharge management
• Responsibility for the planning, management and further development of the nursing process
• Active transfer of your specialist knowledge as well as participation in the promotion and support of learners/students
