To strengthen the existing team, we are looking for an engaged and empathetic Healthcare Specialist EFZ (50-100%) starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Ensuring professional and holistic care of the residents
• Recognition of individual needs as well as timely action in emergencies
• Participation in quality assurance and the further development of care quality
• Maintenance of the electronic nursing documentation on tablets
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with other professional groups
• Care and accompaniment of the residents during the entire day shift

Your profile

• Completed training as FAGE EFZ or equivalent
• Professional experience, ideally in long-term care
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• IT affinity for electronic nursing documentation
• High social and professional competence in dealing with the elderly
• Independent, responsible way of working
• Resilience, flexibility, and teamwork skills
• Readiness for subject-specific further education
