«Zäme witercho» - At Zentrum Schlossmatt, around 300 employees from a wide variety of areas work daily for the well-being of 186 residents. Our nursing center specializes in the complex care of people with multiple disabilities, dementia care, as well as short stays for transitional or rehabilitative care. In addition to our diverse range of therapies, our facility also includes a day center, a daycare center, and a restaurant for intergenerational encounters.

Nursing Expert for Nursing Support 50-80%
Your tasks:
You take on the clinical specialist responsibility for two to three departments with mutual representation.
In complex and unstable situations, you coach the nursing teams and take over case management.
You participate in projects and alternately take over house responsibility within the nursing support team.
You prepare nursing-specific content in a target-group-oriented manner for training sessions and conduct further training.
You promote and develop nursing quality and develop as well as implement nursing-specific instruments and concepts.
You bring with you:
a tertiary-level degree, Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH with several years of experience in acute and long-term care
Further training in the field of wound and hygiene management as well as gerontology or psychiatric nursing are an advantage and/or in-depth training (CAS, MDS, Bachelor, Master) for taking over one of these specialist areas
