Le Home Montagu, a human-sized establishment located in La Neuveville, supports 21 residents in a warm, caring, and person-centered environment.
As part of the development of our institutional project based on the Montessori approach, we are looking for a:
NURSE (M/F)
Part-time permanent contract – Start date to be agreed
Your missions
Provide nursing care adapted to the needs of the residents
Participate in the development and monitoring of individualized care projects
Ensure monitoring of health status and follow-up of treatments
Manage medical prescriptions
Collaborate with various medical and paramedical partners
Participate in the planning and support of students
Your profile
HES or ES nursing diploma, or Red Cross recognition mandatory
Experience or specialization in geriatrics/psychogeriatrics is an asset
Listening skills, patience, and benevolence
Team spirit and good interpersonal skills
Autonomy, rigor, and reactivity
