Your field of activity ###

• You independently organize the occupational medical consultations from preparation and implementation to follow-up processing and ensure reliable triage for occupational medical concerns
• In the area of occupational medicine and infection protection, you coordinate examinations, environmental investigations, as well as the administrative and organizational steps in contact tracing
• You perform blood sampling, vaccinations, and other delegated medical activities independently and professionally
• By independently managing one of our regional hospitals (Wolhusen or Sursee) one day per week, you take on additional responsibility and contribute your experience to the further development of the Occupational Medical Service

Your experience ###

• You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ or as a nursing specialist HF and are interested in occupational medicine, prevention, and infection protection
• A structured and reliable way of working enables you to independently coordinate consultations, examinations, and administrative tasks and to set priorities according to the situation
• You approach employees from different professional groups in a service-oriented manner, grasp their concerns quickly, and communicate clearly and appropriately to the addressee, even during triage
• In interprofessional collaboration, you contribute your own ideas, take responsibility, and constructively help shape new or changed processes
