• Your main tasks include the careful recording and maintenance of patient data in SAP and PathoWin+ as well as the creation of medical macros based on the dictations of our 15 specialist doctors
• Together with your colleagues, you ensure a smooth and efficient workflow of the diverse administrative tasks in the secretariat
• With your reliable and flexible way of working, you support the chief physician's secretariat as well as the cytology secretariat with various organizational and administrative activities
• In this versatile function without direct patient contact, you make an important contribution to professional patient care in the background

Your experience ###

• The requirement is a completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (Medizinische Praxisassistentin / Medizinischer Praxisassistent), Health Care Specialist (Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit) or as a Commercial Employee (Kauffrau / Kaufmann) with further training as a Medical Secretary (Arztsekretärin / Arztsekretär) as well as professional experience in a medical environment
• Good knowledge of medical terminology and confident handling of common PC applications will facilitate your entry into this versatile activity
• Thanks to your quick comprehension, you will quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks and complete them expeditiously and carefully
• Even in labor-intensive situations, you maintain an overview and convince through your reliable and resilient way of working
