Spitex Perspecta AG is a leading provider of outpatient nursing services in Switzerland. We are currently looking for a committed and qualified Nurse HF / Nurse HF to strengthen our team.

• Professional care of patients in their home environment
• Technically demanding treatment care such as wound care, care with tracheostoma and stoma treatment
• You share responsibility for the correct implementation of nursing processes as well as documentation
• Creation of care plans for nursing measures
• Coordination with other health service providers and specialists

Your profile

• You have successfully completed your training as Nurse HF / Nurse HF and value independent work
• Good knowledge in medical care and treatment care
• Empathy and compassion when dealing with patients
• Ability to work in a team and flexibility
• Driver's license and own vehicle mandatory
