From door to door instead of from room to room: With this Spitex organization, you accompany people directly in their familiar environment. For a temporary assignment of 60-100 %, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / a Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH starting immediately or by arrangement. You shape your nursing everyday life independently, take on responsibility, and experience new situations and encounters every day.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Shape your assignments independently and accompany clients individually in their familiar homes
• Take responsibility for the nursing process, recognize changes early, and initiate appropriate measures
• Advise and support clients as well as their relatives and specifically promote independence in everyday life
• Remain well-connected despite independent work: Exchange ideas with your team, doctors, and other specialists and ensure seamless nursing documentation

You offer your new employer:

• You have successfully completed your training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH or have the corresponding SRK recognition
• Experience in Spitex or outpatient care helps you to quickly find your way in the new work environment and take on responsibility
• Independent work suits you: You organize your assignments reliably, set priorities, and react confidently even to unexpected situations
• With your open and empathetic manner, you create trust and encounter clients and relatives professionally and at eye level
