Your tasks:

👥 Leadership & Organization – You lead the Care & Nursing department and ensure clear processes.

📅 Deployment Planning – You are responsible for PEP as well as an optimal grade and skill mix.

📝 RAI-NH – You ensure correct performance recording and nursing documentation.

🌐 Networking – You are the contact person for residents, relatives, doctors, and external partners.

📊 Budget & Resources – You keep an eye on cost centers, budget, and the staffing plan.

What you bring with you:

🎓 Diploma as Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH

👩💼 Further training in the field of leadership/department management and corresponding practical experience

🧠 Knowledge in gerontopsychiatry (dementia) and pharmacology

📋 Experience with RAI-NH, quality management, and digital working tools

💬 A communicative, decisive, and solution-oriented personality with economic thinking
