For one of our partners in the Riviera vaudoise, we are looking for Specialized Educators ES/HES available for occasional or long-term assignments.

Your responsibilities ##

• Accompany beneficiaries in daily life activities.
• Participate in the implementation of individualized educational projects.
• Promote the development of abilities, autonomy, and the well-being of the people being supported.
• Ensure support adapted to the specific needs related to multiple disabilities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in handovers.
• Guarantee a secure and caring framework.

Your profile ##

• ES, HES Educator diploma or a title deemed equivalent recognized in Switzerland.
• Experience with people with disabilities, ideally with multiple disabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of support.
• Ability to adapt, autonomy, and team spirit.
• Flexible availability for replacement assignments.
