Introduction

For our client, we are looking for a committed personality as Deputy Team Leader for a protected residential group. In this function, you support the team leader in technical and organizational leadership and take on responsibility in everyday care. You can expect a family-like environment in which people with dementia are accompanied with respect, professional competence and a lot of heart.

Tasks

• Deputy support of the team leader in everyday life
• Shared responsibility for organization, care quality and daily structure
• Taking over daily responsibility in everyday care and support
• Care and accompaniment of residents with dementia
• Participation in duty planning, care process and documentation
• Cooperation with relatives, doctors and other specialists
• Support in medication management as well as care classifications

Profile

• Training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF or Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ
• Experience or great interest in working with people with dementia
• Enjoyment of leadership tasks and of accompanying a team
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• Very good German skills and good PC user skills
• Warm, team-oriented and resilient personality
