YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY * Responsibility for ensuring and independently implementing professional nursing and care for our residents * Responsibility for the adjustments, additions and evaluations of the care planning and the documentation in the LOBOS system * Support with the interRAI assessments, co-responsibility for the nursing process * Implementation of social measures, maintaining contact with stakeholders in the residents' environment * Contributing to a lived, process-oriented quality management. YOUR PROFILE * Completed training as FaGe EFZ * Responsible, reliable and flexible personality * Motivation and commitment to continuously develop your own specialist knowledge * Independent thinking and acting according to the competence profile * Experience with interRAI and LOBOS desired.
