As part of occasional or regular temporary missions, you will intervene within a facility specialized in psychogeriatrics.

The missions can be short or long term, with monthly schedules according to the needs of the establishment.

You support residents suffering from cognitive disorders (type dementia, Alzheimer's) in activities of daily living, adapting your approach to their specific needs.

You ensure the establishment of a climate of trust and security, manage agitation situations with professionalism, and actively participate in maintaining the autonomy and well-being of residents, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

You hold a Nursing Assistant or equivalent Health Care Assistant diploma recognized in Switzerland (Red Cross is an asset), with significant experience in psychogeriatrics.

You demonstrate patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills when facing patients with cognitive disorders.

Your ability to manage complex situations, your calmness, and your sense of observation are essential.

Flexible and committed, you enjoy teamwork and know how to adapt to different environments.
