Your tasks

• Individual care and support of patients
• Maintaining contact with relatives as part of primary nursing work
• Coordination with the core team regarding treatment
• Leading individual conversations and group offers
• Leading reports
• Planning of treatment with doctors and therapists
• Coordination of treatment steps with responsible specialists
