In the middle of the village center, we offer 57 residents professional care and a lively living community. In two further houses, we look after rental apartments and offer our services there. The human being is at the center for us and we value joint development. We are looking for employees who want to contribute their expertise and actively help to shape things.
You bear the overall professional responsibility during the night and, together with an SRK employee or nursing assistant, form a two-person team. Together, you ensure the safety, care, and support of our residents. You independently assess health changes, carry out treatment nursing measures, and actively participate in direct care.
We wish for
completed training as dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (or equivalently recognized)
professional experience in long-term care and in night shifts is an advantage
confidence in assessing acute situations and emergencies
independent, reliable, and resilient way of working
appreciative and humorous interaction with elderly people
good German language skills in speaking and writing
