Your tasks:

• Support in the care and supervision of patients and residents
• Assistance with personal hygiene, mobilization, and daily activities
• Execution of nursing tasks within the scope of your professional competencies
• Support and promotion of the independence of the persons being cared for
• Observation of the general condition and passing on important changes to the nursing staff
• Support of the nursing team in the daily workflow
• Participation in domestic and organizational tasks
• Compliance with applicable hygiene, quality, and safety standards
• Appreciative and respectful interaction with the persons being cared for and their relatives

Your profile:

• Completed training as Assistant Health and Social Affairs EBA (AGS)
• Joy in the care, supervision, and accompaniment of people
• Professional experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage
• Empathetic, reliable, and responsible personality
• Independent and careful way of working
• Ability to work in a team and joy in cooperation
• Good German language skills
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts and weekends
