Healthcare Specialist EFZ with additional function as Vocational Trainer 70-100

Our client is an established care center in the Zurich region, which competently and empathetically accompanies people in their everyday lives with over 100 inpatient care places as well as day and night care offers. Around 135 employees are committed to holistic care in a family environment, supported by high nursing professional competence. To strengthen the team, we are looking for an engaged personality as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ with an additional function as a Vocational Trainer, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Taking over the professional and needs-oriented care of the residents
• Care of the residents in everyday life
• Accompanying the FaGe and AGS apprentices during their training
• Promoting the professional development of the apprentices
• Supporting the personal development of the apprentices
• Co-designing the training content for apprentices

Your profile

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Completed vocational trainer course or interest in it
• Very good written and spoken German skills
• Independent, solution-oriented and networked way of working
• High professional competence and social competence in nursing
• Understanding and goal-oriented interaction with apprentices
• Commitment and joy in everyday nursing care
