The next assignment does not begin in the station room, but in the middle of the everyday life of your clients. For a Spitex organization in the Luzerner Hinterland, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / a Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH (60-100 %) for a temporary assignment. You take over nursing responsibility directly on site and encounter very different people and life situations in the process.

Careerplus takes care of the organization in the background and remains your personal contact person during your assignment.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• You visit clients in their homes and take over the care that is currently needed there
• Between wound care, medication management, and other nursing tasks, you use your expertise in a versatile way
• On site, you make professional decisions and bring in other specialists if a situation requires additional clarifications
• You maintain contact with relatives, doctors, and your team and ensure that all parties involved stay on the same level

You offer your new employer:

• Your diploma as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH or a corresponding SRK recognition forms your professional basis
• Spitex experience is welcome, but not a must, if you are open to getting to know outpatient care
• You feel comfortable making decisions on site and organizing your workday independently
• Different people, living situations, and needs do not throw you off balance, but rather constitute the appeal of Spitex for you
