Our client is an established institution that offers individual residential and care services to adults with cognitive and multiple impairments. The focus is on self-determination, personal development, and resource-oriented support in everyday life.

For the care team, we are looking for a Specialist in Care EFZ (FaBe) 80-90 % starting immediately.

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a Specialist in Care EFZ (FaBe) MmB or MiA (without specialization KIN)
• Experience in supporting people with impairments is an advantage
• Appreciative, resource-oriented, and professional attitude
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Willingness to work early and late shifts as well as weekend shifts.

Tasks ##

• Individual support and care of the residents in everyday life
• Promotion of independence, self-determination, and personal resources
• Support in daily activities and assumption of nursing tasks
• Co-designing a needs-oriented daily structure
• Professional care documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration
