For a long-term care institution in the Flawil region, we are looking for a committed Healthcare Professional EFZ 70-90% with an additional function as a Vocational Trainer. In addition to the professional care and support of the residents, you will accompany and promote learners from various training paths. We are looking for a responsible FaGe with enjoyment in vocational training. A vocational trainer course is an advantage, but according to the advertisement, it can also be completed after starting the position.

Job Description ##

• Support of Dipl. Nursing Specialists in the medical field.
• Care, support, accompaniment and promotion according to individual needs.
• Implementation of the nursing process in cooperation with Dipl. Nursing Specialists.
• Guidance and support of learners and interns.

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a Healthcare Professional EFZ.
• Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with people.
• Strong social competence.
• Resilience, flexibility and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of IT/PC applications.
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing.
