Your main tasks

• As a group leader, you take on the personnel leadership of a team of 4 to 6 radiology specialists and promote the individual development of your employees through annual feedback meetings. In doing so, you observe the target specifications according to the strategies and annual goals of the DPM and the Clinic for Neuroradiology
• You support the department management in technical and organizational leadership tasks, take on co-responsibility for personnel deployment planning, the support of new employees as well as the promotion of team development
• You actively contribute to ensuring and further developing the image quality, implement quality standards and involve yourself in Shared Governance committees or specialist groups
• You participate actively in projects and change processes in the highly specialized environment of neuroradiology and contribute your technical expertise specifically to innovation and optimization projects
• You take on co-responsibility for the training, further education and advanced training of the subordinate employees and promote their professional development
• You promote cross-professional internal and external cooperation as well as constructive communication
• You work actively in routine and contribute your specialist knowledge

Your profile

• Completed training as a radiology specialist HF/FH, preferably with leadership experience
• Experience in the specialist field of neuroradiology is an advantage
• High motivation to continuously develop the specialist field of neuroradiology in cooperation with the department management
• Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility
• Ability to communicate across all hierarchical levels
• Familiar with the use of digital media, good German skills in speaking and writing
