About the department

On our department E, we accompany 48 residents with diverse care needs and a wide variety of geriatric clinical pictures. The focus is always on the person with their individual needs, wishes, and life story. With empathy, professional competence, and respect, we create an environment in which our residents feel safe, understood, and well cared for. Needs-oriented daily activities, structured daily routines, as well as activating and resource-oriented care are a matter of course for us.

Your tasks

• Implementation of medical measures in curative care upon medical order, to ensure high-quality medical care.
• Individual, holistic care and support of the residents, adapted to their needs and life situation.
• Taking on daily and house responsibility to ensure smooth everyday operations.
• Care as a reference person to build a trusting relationship with the residents.
• Careful nursing documentation to ensure quality and continuity in care.

Your profile

• You have completed training as a Registered Nurse HF or Healthcare Assistant EFZ and bring sound specialist knowledge.
• You are characterized by commitment, responsibility, and a positive aura that you bring to your work.
• Flexibility and resilience are a matter of course for you – even in demanding moments, you maintain an overview.
