Your tasks

• Like it a little more complex? You independently process demanding benefit cases in the hospital sector - from the guarantee of payment to the tariff check to the billing
• Like detective work? You make specific tariff-related and medical clarifications with hospitals and doctors, both orally and in writing, in cooperation with our medical advisor
• Is customer care close to your heart? For our insured persons, service providers and authorities, you are a competent contact person for complex inquiries
• You think along, contribute ideas and are an active part of the team

Your profile

• You are already familiar with benefit processing in a health insurance company
• You have completed basic training in the medical or commercial field and preferably supplemented it with corresponding further training.
• You describe yourself as a flexible, independent, resilient and courageous personality who enjoys working in a team and making a difference
• You put our customers at the center and offer them excellent service
• If you also have good oral French and/or Italian skills, then it is high time for you to apply
