Head of Nursing and Care (w/m/d)

In this function, you report directly to the institutional management and are part of the leadership team.

Your activity and your tasks are diverse and practiced "job enrichment". Together with their team, the home doctor, and other specialists, you ensure professional and resident-oriented nursing and care. Furthermore, you are responsible for the leadership and development of the employees, for the correct handling of the nursing classification, the ordering and storage of all nursing materials, as well as personnel scheduling.
