Your tasks

• You have good knowledge in the application of RAI-LTCF
• Ensuring the nursing process
• You ensure high-quality and high-standard nursing for our residents in the living areas
• You participate in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures
• You promote the autonomy of our residents
• Guaranteeing the flow of information with external partners (doctors, health insurance companies)
• You recognize and master emergency situations

What you bring with you

• Training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF, FH, DNI/II, Dipl. Krankenschwester/-pfleger AKP, PsyKP
• You are independent, competent, and enjoy working in a team
• You enjoy interacting with elderly people and are committed to the versatile tasks
• Good oral and written German skills
• Further training in RAI-LTCF is an advantage
• Knowledge of topics such as Palliative Care and dementia
