Your field of activity

• Ensuring resident-oriented work in a familiar environment
• Implementation of the nursing process in cooperation with the team and ensuring the quality of care of the residential group
• Application of the nursing needs assessment with interRAI LTCF

Your experience – what you bring with you

• A heart for long-term care as well as an appreciative basic attitude towards fellow human beings are central qualities
• Completed training as a Nursing Specialist HF
• Flexibility, resilience and ability to work in a team characterize you
• Experience in accompanying trainees, ideally with completion as a vocational trainer or interest in attending this
• Good oral and written German skills
