• Experience in monitoring care, Intermediate Care (IMC), or intensive care is an advantage
• Confidence in handling complex care situations and highly technical monitoring systems
• Resilience, rapid decision-making ability, and professional working under pressure
• Empathy and high social competence in dealing with female and male patients and their relatives
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
