Sought position:
Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF long-term care (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Professional nursing and care of the residents
• Planning, management and evaluation of the nursing process
• Implementation and monitoring of basic and treatment care
• Recognition and assessment of changes in health status
• Ensuring professional and individual quality of care
• Assuming daily responsibility and coordination of nursing processes depending on the assignment
• Professional guidance and support of nursing assistant staff
• Cooperation with doctors, relatives and other specialists
• Ensuring complete and professional nursing documentation

Your profile:

• Completed training as dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF or dipl. Pflegefachmann HF
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Responsible, independent and structured way of working
• Enjoyment in caring for elderly people
• High degree of empathy and social competence
• Organizational skills and ability to work in a team
• Readiness for shift and weekend services depending on the operating company

Working regions:

• Various regions in German-speaking Switzerland, depending on the operating company.
