Nurse

The employer is looking for a:

Nurse (reported profession)

Requirements:

• diploma in nursing in general care (CRS Level II, SSS, Bachelor SUPSI or equivalent)
• work experience in care and assistance in the geriatric and psycho-geriatric field
• good IT knowledge, office package, interRAI-LTCF-CH system and use of RAIsoft
• irreproachable and unblemished conduct
• exercise of civil rights
• certificate of sound and robust constitution (or self-certification)
• excellent knowledge of the Italian language, and basic knowledge of the German language
• availability for shift work, on weekends and on public holidays
• interpersonal, communication, listening skills, aptitude for working in an interdisciplinary team

Preferential:

• DAS in general clinic or other specialization
• training as “In-company apprentice trainer”
• interRAI-LTCF supervisor
• motivation, flexibility, sense of responsibility and spirit of initiative
• good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• driver's license B, owning a car
