Actively shape nursing quality as a Nursing Expert 60-80%. To further develop our nursing quality, we are looking for a committed and experienced personality as a nursing expert in long-term care. In this responsible key function, you will actively help shape the nursing quality and contribute significantly to safe, evidence-based, and person-centered care. You support the nursing teams directly on-site through continuous professional support, advice, guidance, and training. You help develop contemporary, evidence-based standards and support their sustainable implementation. In doing so, you strengthen the nursing quality and promote binding interprofessional cooperation at eye level. Within the expert team, there is the possibility to take on responsibility for the areas of hygiene and RAI-LTCF support. For this demanding task, you bring a completed tertiary-level education as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH as well as a Bachelor or Master in Nursing or sound further training at CAS level. In addition, you have proven experience in long-term care and are skilled in safely assessing complex nursing situations and deriving appropriate measures.
