On our 4 wards of long-term psychiatry with 18 beds each, chronically mentally ill women and men with cognitive impairments, restrictions in independent lifestyle and daily management, or pronounced behavioral abnormalities are cared for. Furthermore, the wards offer low-threshold rehabilitation programs for female and male patients who subsequently return to their original circumstances or transfer to another institution. ###

• Nursing and care of female and male patients with chronic mental illnesses and impairments

With over 1'700 employees, we ensure the expanded medical and nursing basic care of the Schaffhausen region. Annually, we care for approximately 11'000 inpatient and 90'000 outpatient female and male patients. Additionally, we are an important training site in the canton.
