Sonnweid is considered one of the leading institutions for people with dementia. In our competence center, our 330 employees from various specialist areas care for and nurse 174 residents. General practitioners and geriatric psychiatrists ensure medical care. The differentiated living and care concept is adapted to the stage of the disease. Our semi-acute ward offers a temporary home for people with particularly challenging behavior, while the day/night station relieves caring relatives through day and holiday stays.

Our mission statement, which places the needs of people suffering from dementia at the center, forms the basis for our daily actions. With joy and conviction, we do everything we can to ensure that the residents feel comfortable and at home in Sonnweid. In doing so, we respect each other in our individuality and support each other in challenging situations.

Your tasks

• Ensuring individual and relationship-oriented care, nursing, and accompaniment of our residents during the night
• Professional and personnel leadership of our night watch team of 15 employees
• Participation in care and nursing
• Interdisciplinary cooperation in the team and with doctors and other partners
• Ensuring nursing documentation and a good flow of information

You bring with you

• Completed training as Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF, DN I/II, AKP, PSKP, KWS, IKP
• Open, clear, appreciative, and participatory leadership style
