Your tasks - responsible and versatile

You

• care for our patients and their relatives in acute situations in a professionally competent, empathetic, and professional manner
• take over the triage as well as the holistic care in the emergency station
• design the initial care of our acute patients together with the medical team
• coordinate further treatment in the interdisciplinary team
• work in a 24/7 shift operation – flexibility is a matter of course for you
• ensure professionally sound practical training according to the training concepts of Spital Emmental in cooperation with the Berner Bildungszentrum Pflege
• are responsible for the implementation and transparent documentation of the training process in the emergency center
• work actively in the vocational trainer team and help shape the practical training as well as the professional development of the dipl. Expertinnen and Experten Notfallpflege.

Profile

• A completed further education as dipl. Expertin/Experte Notfallpflege NDS HF forms the basis for your activity.
• Ideally, you have already completed the vocational trainer course or are willing to attend it.
• With your didactic skills, you respond specifically to the different learning needs of the students.
• Respect, empathy, and appreciative treatment of people are a matter of course for you.
• The well-being and safety of the patients are your top priority.
• Teamwork skills, resilience, and a sense of responsibility round off your profile.

Our employment conditions are basically based on the Collective Labour Agreement (GAV) for the personnel of Berner Spitäler und Kliniken.
