For you, long-term care means accompanying people through their daily lives with professional expertise and empathy. In the Koppigen and Kirchberg area, Canton Bern, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or a Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH for long-term care at a workload of 20 – 100 %, starting immediately or by arrangement. In an established residential and nursing home, you will accompany residents with professional expertise, empathy, and a sense of responsibility, and actively contribute to a professional and humane nursing culture. You can expect a working environment with modern nursing concepts and flexible deployment options.

• Individual and professional accompaniment of residents within the framework of primary nursing
• Assumption of daily and house responsibility within the daily nursing routine
• Management and responsibility for the entire nursing process from planning to quality assurance
• Planning and accompaniment of physician visits
• Mindful and respectful interaction with residents and relatives
• Participation in specialist and project groups for the further development of nursing quality
• Close interprofessional cooperation within the team

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH or equivalent training such as DN II, DN I, AKP, PsyKP, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin or Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP
• Joy in long-term care and in person-centered care
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Structured, solution-oriented, and responsible way of working
• High social competence and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation
