? Your tasks

• Together with certified nursing specialists HF/ FH, you care for an assigned patient group in a nursing tandem and actively help shape the nursing process.
• You use your professional competencies responsibly and independently.
• Through close cooperation with various professional groups and specialists, you contribute to professional, safe, and patient-centered care.
• You accompany learners and interns in everyday work and enjoy passing on your knowledge.
• With organizational and logistical tasks, you support a smooth ward routine.

? Your profile

• Completed training as Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ
• Joy in learning new things and continuously developing professionally
• Interest in complex clinical pictures, diverse medical technology, and varied nursing situations
• Independent, responsible, and reliable way of working
• Joy in working in an interprofessional team
• Appreciative and respectful communication with patients, relatives, and employees

Experience in acute care is an advantage, but not a requirement. Much more important are your motivation, your willingness to learn, and your joy in cooperation.
