Your tasks:

• Monitoring and further development of nursing processes and concepts on the ward
• Advising nursing specialists in complex psychiatric and psychotherapeutic situations
• Implementation of primary nursing
• Active participation in the implementation of new inpatient projects and ward processes
• Representation of the ward management in their absence
• Leading inpatient nursing-therapeutic groups
• Promoting the therapeutic recovery relationship

Your profile:

• Higher vocational education in nursing (FH, CAS, MAS)
• High specialist knowledge in psychiatric nursing
• Experience in working with inpatient patients on a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic ward
• Flexibility, resilience, independence, and ability to work in a team
• Ability for constructive and solution-oriented cooperation
• High customer orientation with polished manners
• Proficient German in speaking and writing, English language skills desired
