Dipl. Pflegefachperson Frauenklinik, focus on postpartum, 80 %

For our inpatient ward of the Frauenklinik with a focus on postpartum at the Triemli location, we are looking for a team-oriented personality, effective immediately or by arrangement, initially fixed-term until the end of March 2027.

Tasks ##

• You are responsible for the independent, self-reliant, and holistic care of women in various life situations and newborns.
• You assume co-responsibility for the care of women and newborns in obstetric and medical risk and crisis situations.
• You are responsible for patient-centered documentation of the work and nursing process as well as for correct performance recording.
• You support the team in the introduction of new employees and assume co-responsibility in the supervision of students and trainees.
• You promote constructive interdisciplinary cooperation with high service quality.
• You contribute to the improvement of nursing quality and development.

Profile ##

• Training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH or Dipl. Hebamme FH/BSc with professional experience in postpartum / gynecology
• Independent and flexible way of working
• Strong communicative skills, commitment to team development as well as good interdisciplinary cooperation
• High professional and social competence
• Willingness to work in shift service
