For the entirety of the Centre Perce-Neige de Boudry (CPNB) as well as the Centre Perce-Neige de Lignières (CPNL), we are looking for a: You join a committed and solidary team, intervening at night within the CPNB and accompanying 39 beneficiaries, for whom proximity and adaptability in the face of complex situations are essential. Your role consists of supporting the hosted persons throughout the night, taking into account their skills and their needs, guaranteeing their safety, while contributing to the continuity of the educational framework put in place by the day teams. Your mission Accompany the beneficiaries throughout the night by guaranteeing their safety and responding to their needs within a benevolent and social framework. Collaborate closely with the educational teams in order to ensure a clear and complete transmission of the elements of the night. Participate in the implementation and monitoring of protocols established by the educators. Your profile Training in basic care Croix-Rouge. Desired experience with persons presenting behavioral disorders. Constructive spirit, sense of observation and creativity in action. Driver's license mandatory.
