Your tasks:
Professional positioning and placement of patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
Preparation and provision of the required positioning materials and aids
Ensuring safe and surgery-appropriate patient positioning
Support with the transport and repositioning of patients
Close cooperation with the OR team, anesthesia, and nursing staff
Compliance with applicable hygiene and safety regulations
Control and care of positioning devices and medical aids
Support in the preparation and post-operative cleanup of the operating room
Prevention of positioning injuries through professional positioning

Your profile:
Completed training in the healthcare sector, for example as Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ (FaGe), or a comparable qualification
Experience in OR positioning care or in the surgical area
Knowledge of various positioning techniques and safety standards
Good German language skills in speaking and writing
Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
High quality and safety awareness
Teamwork skills and resilience
Readiness for flexible working hours and shift work
Empathy in dealing with patients
