Together with our client, a specialized rehabilitation institution in the Luzern region, we are looking for a Fachfrau or Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ 60-100 % for a temporary assignment, starting immediately or by arrangement. The facility accompanies people after illnesses, operations, or health restrictions on their way back to as independent a daily life as possible. The focus is on the promotion of existing resources, individually tailored therapies, and holistic care.

A varied working environment awaits you with close interdisciplinary cooperation, in which nursing, therapy, and medicine work together on the rehabilitation goals. You will have the opportunity to accompany patients over a longer period of time and experience their personal progress. The combination of nursing care, activating support, and professional exchange makes this assignment particularly versatile.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• You support patients during their rehabilitation and promote their independence through individual and activating care
• Carrying out nursing and medical-technical measures within your area of competence is part of your daily tasks
• Together with the interdisciplinary team, you accompany the implementation of individual rehabilitation goals and motivate patients in their progress
• You observe health changes, pass on important information, and ensure careful nursing documentation

• A completed training as Fachfrau or Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ forms the basis for this varied temporary assignment
